Mark Pulliam

Someone knew Mark had a knack with properties before he saw it as his own calling. He was recruited after completing his MBA, while working at a venture capital fund by a real estate developer, and has been in the business since the 1980s.

Though much akin to our other agents, he has expertise beyond just listings – delving into property development, ownership, and management. Asset management is a specialty of his. Mark uses his expertise to advise clients on the best options in the present and the future. “I like to help them maximize the value of their real estate assets,” he says earnestly. Focused on the long-term success of his clients, he is a sharp problem-solver and has a track record to prove it.

Mark received his MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. He is the co-founder and former president of the Venture Club of Louisville’s Board of Directors. Mark enjoys the great outdoors that Kentucky provides – camping and hiking being two of his favorites. Louisville provides a lot of activities you can find in any big city. “Really it’s a big small town,” Mark says of this growing town. “There’s a nice quality of life and a stable environment.”
