Tim Mulloy
Founder Tim Mulloy started his first real estate company just three years out of law school, but his background in real estate began well before that having grown up in a real estate family.
His experience spans across the real estate business and beyond: From planning and development, restoration and construction, Tim’s expertise and command of the law and real estate market does not stop there. His knowledge even expands into PR. As the CEO of MulloyBorland, – Tim possesses skills which add to the strength of Mulloy Commercial Real Estate’s ability to represent client’s best interests. Tim has proven continuously to be a power player in Louisville, using his razor-sharp critical thinking to approach every situation ready with a bevy of options or solutions.
“I think what we provide our clients that truly makes us unique is that we try not to just bring the typical broker’s mindset to a deal or to property management. We really always put ourselves in the mindset as if it were our own money,” Tim speaks with conviction. Tim has worked to bring professional women’s and men’s soccer to Louisville and was actively involved in the construction of Lynn Family Stadium in the heart of the city.
Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University and acquired his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is currently a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and Louisville Apartment Association. Tim has been presented with accolades several times throughout his career, one of which being the President’s Award from the Louisville Apartment Association for efforts on behalf of the apartment industry, as well as the Louisville Central Area Cornerstone Award, an honor given to those who improve the city and its image. Most recently he is also the chairman of an economic development organization – Louisville Downtown Partnership and on the board of the Louisville Apartment Association. Tim was the recipient of the 2018 Real Estate Deal of The Year Award presented by Louisville Business First.
